Hello there! I’m Ernesto Rodriguez, the proud owner of Grayline Homes LLC. I’ve been involved in real estate since 2009. After years of conventional real estate sales, I identified a significant gap between distressed property owners and the traditional real estate market. Motivated by the desire to offer an alternative solution for homeowners, beyond the conventional route of hiring a realtor, making repairs, and listing a property for sale, I established Grayline Homes. My services extend to the West Michigan area.

My name is Kim Rodriguez and I am a realtor in the west Michigan area. I’m a Grand Valley graduate (Go Lakers!) with a background in math and secondary education, but have discovered a passion for the real estate industry. I also do some of the administrative work here at Grayline Homes. Outside of work I am a busy mom and enjoy family life with my husband and 4 kids.
